How do I prep for my waxing or lamination appointment?
To get the best results and ensure your safety during your waxing or lamination treatment, please follow these important guidelines:

– Avoid using retinol, AHA, or BHA products on the treatment area for at least 48–72 hours before your appointment, as these can increase skin sensitivity and may lead to lifting, irritation, or chemical burns.
– Ensure there is no fake tan on your face or brows, as it can affect the outcome of the tint and may cause uneven colour or shadowing on the skin.
– If you’ve had Botox or other injectables within the last 72 hours, we cannot perform the service, as it may interfere with the results and cause the Botox to shift or result in unwanted drooping.
Following these steps will help us achieve the best and safest outcome for your treatment.
How do I maintain the best results after my lash or brow lift?
To maintain the best results from your brow lamination or lash lift, follow these essential aftercare steps:

– Avoid getting your brows or lashes wet for the first 24 hours, including steam, sweat, and makeup.
– After 24 hours, gently brush them into place daily—especially after showering or cleansing your face—to keep their shape neat and lifted.
– We strongly recommend applying a nourishing oil or lash/brow serum daily to keep the hairs hydrated, help prevent frizz or curl, and extend the results. The more hydrated they are, the better they’ll hold their shape.
– Results typically last 6–8 weeks with proper aftercare.
– Please refrain from rebooking your next treatment any earlier than 6 weeks, as over-processing can lead to dryness, breakage, or long-term damage.

What do I do if I've arrived early to my appointment and no one's answering?
If you arrive early for your appointment, please be aware that I may be with another client and unable to answer the doorbell immediately. Rest assured, I will hear the bell and will attend to you as soon as possible. If I’m running behind schedule, I will message you directly to keep you informed. Otherwise, I will come to collect you promptly at your booked appointment time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
