Cancelling/Rescheduling

We completely understand that unexpected things can come up. However, to respect both your time and ours, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

 

– Cancellations or rescheduling with more than 24 hours notice, your 50% deposit will be kept as credit for your next appointment. You may reschedule at your convenience. 
– Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours, your 50% deposit will be forfeited.

These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.

No shows

With limited appointment availability, please let us know as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend. No-shows 50% deposit will be forfeited, as the time could have been offered to another client. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time.

Running late

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to avoid affecting other clients. If you are more than 10 minutes late and there is not enough time to complete the service, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and you will lose your 50% deposit.

Deposit requirements

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your appointment. This helps protect our time and ensures we can offer the best service to our clients. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the appointment.
